You're 13. What you feel now will probably change. Maybe when you gain some perspectives and put yourself in other people's shoes, you can understand what they have to go through and why they make the choices that they do.

I understand your point of view, and I even agree with it. Nevertheless, you really could have taken the time to carefully read what you just wrote (even in your condition) before you started criticizing what other people from other cultures do. (Another thing, when you say "Mexicans", I'm sure you actually meant "Hispanics." Not all of them are from Mexico, you know.)

My final advice is to be open-minded. It would make the world a better place to exist in...

Everyone that is a citizen here and lives here should stand during the pledge to the flag. Whether you think it is against your religeon, or heritage, or whatever. There is no reason why you should not stand for the country you live in. If you don't want to say the words, due to thinking its a "prayer" or whatever, then don't say them. But you live here and it shows respect for that to at least stand during the pledge. What is so hard about that? That is to the mexicans and whoever does not want to pledge to the american flag. Now as far as the mexican flag?? Why the heck would we have to pledge to that flag?? We are not there, we are here. We did not go there, we stayed here. They came here, its up to them to support the flag or not. The mexican flag has no place being pledged to anywhere in US.

i understand what you mean i think let every person of every race come here but please learn the language it's the least you can do and also i have a niece that is from Mexico and she has a bad attitude toward Americans and one day i had enough of her crap and i told her if you don't like this country and the way we do things go back to Mexico and live in a two room house that has dirt floor and boxes for walls and eat your tortillas with no meat then she tells me it's not like that than i told her don't ever let me hear you say that again she decided she likes it here and i don't hear that stuff anymore my advice to you is if you hear a comment like that again speak your mind remind them this is not Mexico but at the same time keep an open heart and aways welcome everyone regardless or race

People, I've learned three languages so far and now I'm learning the forth one! .. Learning languages and understanding the others from different countries is just as fun as partying out. If somebody does not speak English that does not mean he's idiot and dumb, Actully you are the dumb person for thinking that. Typically we want everything easy for us. We want the world to speak our langauge and you don't want to bother to understand a differnet culture.
This is the time that we have to wake up and releaize that there is another America who speak spanish which is known as "Latain American".
Almost every country I visited so far has two langauges as the main languages for the country or has an official second langauge for the country. And Yes, everybody speak the two langauges!
Why are we different? ARE WE THAT DAMN LAZY?!!!!

The kid is probably going though a tough time. Sure he might be annoying but personally I find almost every 13 year old boy to be Annoying.

"unknown reason refuse to learn English" How did he say what about the Mexican flag? I guess some of the immigrants are trying to learn are language. I think your being more Biased then Raciest.

With "mlaheji م" post I so agree.

You are young so you do not realize how racist this sounds. I am sure you are not racist. On some level I agree. The U.S. has a flag, we do not want a new one. That your friend immigrated legally is a plus. I understand your frustration. Good night young one.

Who cares about your spelling. No one should say the pledge anyway. And remember you guys have a lot in comming, both being angry young adolecent men at the same school, and BOTH having trouble with English. He just wants to feel pride about himself and his people. Make friends, learn Spanish, help him with English, he probably has a really hot sister or cousin to set you up with.

If they want to wave their Mexican flag the best idea would be to tell him to go back to Mexico - oh, but wait - - that's where he ran away from because it was a complete DISASTER. Sounds like he's just a very young, uneducated, anti-American, sad person who needs to be put in check.

This is America - Not Amexica or whatever people are calling it. One nation, one language, one loyalty. They're either for this country two hundred percent, or they are the enemy and should be cast out.

people who generalize and stereotype and decide. whilst i bypass to McDonald's and the clerk is new and provides me the incorrect factor. people who use great words simply by fact they think of it makes them sound sensible. people who hate each and every thing. people who do no longer care. Slutty human beings (the two adult ladies and men.) It makes me sense undesirable simply by fact there must be a reason human beings act like that, y'know? something psychological. and that i desire to help them, yet i do no longer know how. people who sense the could desire to be distinctive and unique each and every of the time and criticize human beings for being "unoriginal." dad and mom who in no way enable their youngsters have any junk nutrition without reliable reason. A freakin' hamburger or a chocolate bar can no longer harm them as quickly as in awhile. people who write cutters off as emo and stressful without attempting to help them with the reducing. in case you harm your self, there is something incorrect. end of tale. people who use "gay" and "retarded" as an insult.
