I have had many cats over the years and I have noticed that naming a cat is a fine art because it is like trying to name a child. lol. I cant really give you any actual names because there gazillions of names, but I can suggest that you watch your cat's behavior and name her after what wierd little quirks or something she is best known for. So if she is a mellow cat, name her something that sounds calm and peaceful. Or is you find that she loves getting into dirty things, you could call her Dusty. Just an example. Congrates on your new addition to the family and good luck on finding a name for her.

Querva is a nice name. it's different. (it was my kitty's name) Or I think a very nice name for a girl tabby kitty would be Sophie.

Shere Kahn - you know the Jungle Book and the man eating tiger. My cat was named Shere Kahn, I had him for eight years and I miss him very much. He got ran over. If you named your cat Shere Kahn I think that would be great.

tell him to go to the back door and shout out the chosen name. If he doesn't feel a prat then it's the right name. (This also works for naming almost anything)
