Anyone can suggest a project that involves Finite Element Analysis software for a 10th grade student suitable to put in a science fair?

Generally, FEA software requires some sort of computer generated model to analyze, and the cost will be well beyond what you'd want to spend for a science fair.

You've got two options. Do a search for free finite element, and you'll get stuff like:

Alternately, you can do finite element analysis in Excel

You could make a fairly complicated shape out of sheet metal, put two or three big resistors on it and run some current through them from a lab power pack , sandwich the shape in insulator with a few small holes in and use the FEA software to predict which hole will be hottest.
