God does not really have attributes, because diffrent people have diffrent beliefs therefore meaning God's attributes can not be defined. For example some belive God is loving and all forgiving, and some belive he is vengeful. No either view is right because one cannot give more credence to any living souls beliefs. Even powerful religous leaders. Whos to say the Popes oppinion is more valuable than the Dali Lamas?

His Mercy, coz without mercy you cant show love or grace or even have the thought of giving a person a chance and thereby judge the person. In totality, God is Great as he is the master and we just his creation, created to serve him as good human beings.

The greatest attribute is Man in the general sence. God loved man that he sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ to save the world and it is only man that God gave the very power of his likeness that is Soul and Mind. So we are the greatest attributes of God.

Well God didnt bring grace. Jesus did. I think God's wrath on us is held back cause of the grace of Jesus. I would have to say God's love is. God sent his Son from heaven to be born like man but without sin to die for us who are sinners. That was God's greatest gift to the world.

God's love. Without love their is no Grace, Mercy, or Justice.
Point of interest: Did you know that all 4 of of the above where demonstrated at the cross.

There is no sane way to hold one in higher regard than the others.

God's mercy, e.g., would be an empty gesture if it weren't for his justice and love. His grace would be a copout were it not for his justice and mercy. And so forth.

Impossible to hold one in higher esteem than the others, because they all lose their meaning and integrity if thrown off balance.
