Yep, they're all pretty much right. If you say you're lazy, then that's how you feel, case closed, and you obviously aren't serious about losing weight. When you feel you're ready to get up and do something, remember it's not entirely about weight loss, but about being HEALTHY and taking care of yourself. Also, don't think of it as another temporary diet, it should include changes that will last a lifetime.

Exercise is such an energy booster, I get such a natural high off of it, and I guarantee if you start an exercise regimen and stick to it, you'll feel the same too!

How do you expect to lose weight(AND keep it off) if you are too lazy commit to it? You should change your attitude towards work first if you want to have any hope of losing anything.

The results you want to see wont show up overnight, or in a week, or even in a month, but everyday you stick to your goal by exercising and eating properly, you lose weight. It may be very small, but it is weight loss. It's all about habit. The same thing that you did that made you lazy is the same thing that will make you lose weight: repetition. You need to do the exercise and diets EVERYDAY for the rest of your LIFE. That may sound like a long time, but it's really all about habit.

I think you have already answered your own question. If you say you are too lazy then you will be. Start telling yourself that you are going to lose the weight by getting involved with some kind of physical fitness. It could be anything. Walking, running, weight training, dancing, drink more water, start improving your diet intake. There are so many things to do except you have to make the choice to do it. Tomorrow when you wake up tell yourself that you are going to have a great day and watch the energy level go through the roof. First say it, and then you have to believe it. It won't happen until you are ready to stop being lazy. Good Luck!!!! You have taken the first step to changing the way you look.

You can't get your old body back if your lazy. Trying sometimes isn't going to get you what you want. You have to be willing to exercise and not sometimes. You have to put forth your best efforts and be willing to exercise and stick to it. You have to be positive and this has to be something you really have your mind set on doing.Think about the changes you will see, the results you will get and how good you will feel and yourself. You can exercise at home. You can jog in place, run in place, do some kind of aerobic activities, stretch or just turn on your favorite kind of music and freestyle dance and let yourself go. You can also buy you some pilates the 4 way kind or a book that shows you how to tone yourself up, the stuff cost 15 dollars or less.

You are the only one who can lose the weight. If you want your body back and to live a healthy life - you have to put some effort into it. There are many methods for losing weight. But the best is to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet with controlled portions. Once you get your eating balanced try adding a short walk each day. Walking is one of the best ways to lose weight. Perhaps you just need motivation. Try getting a friend to help you. Or to walk with. Look around your area and see if there are any free groups that deal with weight loss. Joining a group can be scary but once you make the effort to join, you may make some good friends. But it all does boil down to one thing - if you want to lose weight - you have to do it for yourself. Good luck.

Isagenix !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a 9 day weight loss program and it WORKS!

Check it out;

http://search.isagenix.com/cleanse_9day....

Since you can only lose UP to 12 pounds on ONE time of doing the 9 day, you'll have to do it 2 or 3 times, but not back to back and it tells you all about that. (There's also a 30 day isagenix for greater benefits.) Click on the link! That one may be better for you since you want to lose 15 pounds or so.

I bought it from Ebay. $138.00 for the 9 day weight loss program.
You just type in "isagenix" on Ebay BUY and under ALL catagory's and it will bring all the items for sale for isagenix products but look for the "9 day program".

When I did it, I lost 4 pounds, 6 inches! My BMI went down too.
All the exercise I did was warm up, (stretching my legs, tummy, arms, back etc. Then I got on my treadmill, 5 minutes warm up,(flat) 20 to 30 minutes of vigorous walking (inclinded, so it's steep) then another 5 minutes back on flat and a slower speed to slow down my heart beat. Then I stretched one more time, then showered. OH and I drank a full 16 oz glass of purified water before I did any of my toning and stretching so that I will have a better approach to swet and not get dehydrated while exercising. Do 30 minutes (minimum) of Cardio all 9 days
( I chose my treadmill)

9 Days

Days 1 & 2; Drink the cleanse and purified water for both days.
(they provide you with snacks if you must eat something or an apple slice or 2 hard boiled eggs or whole unsalted Almonds.)

Days 3-7; 2 shakes (meal replacements) and 1 sensible meal.
DON'T FORGET THAT WATER, all day, everyday.

Days 8 & 9; Cleanse for both days and purified water (and snacks, if you must eat something)

(Water) it tells you, for a truer approach, drink half your body weight in oz of PURIFIED water so if you weigh 150, drink 75 oz of water all 9 days.

What I did was got a huge punch pitcher, marked a line on the outside to where I needed to fill it EVERYDAY, mine was 86 oz and It was my goal to drink that everyday and I did. At first, I had to pee LOTS (first 2 days) but when my body absorbed what it needed after flushing out all the toxins, I didn't need to pee as much.

Tip; The cleanse does not give diarrhea!
anything else? email me, Id be glad to help you out more!
It's TRUE, it WORKS and it's only for 9 DAYS!!!

(Sorry so long)
Good luck!
