I have a fourth of a circle, do i need center lines? The center lines would be outside the diagram.

ANSI standard Y14. requires that all features be located in some way. But I agree that it's a very strange drawing that doesn't have room for locating (center) lines.

Maybe you should be thinking about going to the next larger size page? ☺

It's a really strange diagram that can't contain the center of a quarter circle., unless it's in a corner at an angle.

You only need the center lines in any case if you need to do something with them.

Matbe you should just mark the quarter circle with a radius, thus negating the need for centre lines
