A Bill of Entry, abbreviated B/E, is an account of a batch of goods [termed consignment] submitted at a Customs House, for either import and export - detailing the Consignor [sender] and the Consignee [receiver], quantity/weight of the goods, their type(s), and place(s) of origin plus destination.

Bill of Entry is that detail one exporter have to provide to the Custom department before goods leave the origin port to destination port. This entry consists of many copies, two goes to the governmet one export agent and one to the exporter.
