You're at least being honest with the situation. I would tell your
good friend that you like him a lot, but you're with someone else
at the present time. If you and your boyfriend ever break up, tell
him that you would consider dating him, but that's only if that happened. Make him understand that, and maybe he will get the message to either wait for you to breakup with your current boyfriend at some point in the future, or for him to move on to some other girl.

Mkay...but ya see if you "love" your bf then why do you care about this other guy? Honestly babe...if things were really, really good in your current relationship you wouldn't be asking this question.
That is what I've found anyways...whenever I'm making eyes at a guy or wondering if he's checkin me out it's always when I'm in a bad place in my current relationship.
My advice:
Fix what you've got before moving on to something else

Good luck :)

This sounds like a picnic that the crows are going to eat. You need to trust in your instincts, decide who is best for you and why, and figure out where you are in your life as it applies to ladies and gentlemen matching up and comparing.
I have know a friend who after many years actually finally found the man she was looking for, and her list was quite long in qualifications. Many years later they are still at it and happy with their family. I have also know people that meet and married first and then find out what life is all about. And many years later they are still living life together and happy. So there are many way to go and so on but you have to learn in the process and find out what you are looking for and when you find it, jump on him.
PS, you will be attracted to many along the road of life, but once you have chosen, it gets to be as if you have no choice unless you work to get out of a relationship. Relationships can be hard to kill.

i like your honesty! yeh, he likes you and hes probably hoping you and your bf break up. but if he meets a girl he really likes, you wont get a shoe-in anymore.

He's probably trying to win your heart by being sweet and flirty and it seems to me that its working.
