Its possible that the TV is receiving erroneous signals that's telling it to switch channels

The tuner may need changing....I would not advise you to do it yourself. Call a t.v. repairman...

The remote control will make the tuner on a t.v last longer. If you are using a remote conrol, the t.v. is getting old and it would be best to start looking for a new t.v.

If the tv is old, the buttons may stick when you press them, causing the channels to change without u pressing them, since they are being held down. My TV used to do that until i got a new one.

I just been watching my movies on Netflix because it doesn't have that problem like with Satellite. I hate watching stuff off satellite since it's been doing that.

Maybe you have ghost in the house and they wanted to watch something different than what you wanted to watch.

Have a great day!
