He forgives those who ask for forgiveness and are sincere about it, but if you don't ask and are not sincere if you do ask....well then there is hell. Hell is for those that are not forgiven.

Christianity says that God is faithful to forgive, but a person must have genuine faith in Jesus. They must be genuinely grieved over their sin and they must fight their sinful inclinations. True faith also should produce the "fruits of the Spirit" -- kindness, gentleness, patience, love, joy, self-control, etc. But ultimately we must rely on what Jesus has done for us in sacrificing for our sins, because even the best Christians still sin.

Hell is for those who are not bothered by their sin. If people do not want to get close to God, then God ratifies that choice for all eternity. They are separated from God's people in Hell. Jesus says that some people will be beaten there with many blows and some people will be beaten with few blows.

Yes He is. I asked the same question once. How can a loving God create a hell? Or, Are you really telling me that most of the world will go to hell because they don't believe what you believe?

I don't know you, but I am sure you are a good person, and I hope this answer doesnt offend you. I am sure you are extremely intelligent and I hope this answer doesnt insult your intelligence.

I can only speak from my experience. At one point in time my life was a complete mess. I was miserable and suffering. I started asking questions and doors were opened for me. Ask and seek with a pure heart, and doors will be opened, trust me. You have to find these answers out for yourselve though. Ask anyone, including me, no person can change you mind, change starts with your heart.

The turning point was when I asked for forgiveness, but also accepted the responsibility for how my life turned out. God forgives those with a truthful feeling of regret and sorrow and also one who repents and asks Jesus to fill their heart.

There is a simple progression of logic for the christian on why hell exists and why some will be punished. God created everything to include Satan. Satan was called Lucifer and was the most beautiful and powerful angel and he became proud and willful and was cast down from heaven. God created man. Satan deceived man and caused him to sin. Once we sinned, we were punished with death. Before we sinned there was no death. Since the punishment for sin is death, and we are all sinners, including me and any other Christian out there. We cannot help but be sinful. HERE's the point, since God is perfect and holy, he cannot be in the presence of sin. Therefore all man is condemned to be separated from Him, that is hell, complete darkness, utter despair, no hope. There is physically NOTHING any of us can do to earn our way into heaven. It is ONLY because God is forgiving and loving that we even have a chance. He sent Jesus to die for our sins, HE was punished in our place. All we have to do is confess with our lips that Jesus is the resurrected savior to be cleansed of our sins.

You see, even though there is a hell, it is the easiest thing in the world not to go there. It is so easy, you personally don't have to do anything, only accept and repent. Every other world religion (that I know of) focuses on how YOU have to earn your way into heaven, even kill to get there.

He is forgiving, but even he has limits. Remember what happened to most of the people of Noah's day? God did not create hell (the grave). God made man with the prospects of living forever. But when man fell into sin, sickness and death were introduced into the human experience. See Romans 5:12. We go to the grave (hell) at death. God was not to blame for that.

God is forgiving if u asked for forgiveness and repent. Hell is for those who do bad to self and others but still care the less about it or might even be proud of it. Hell is a deterrent, it keeps human in line and be good to others, hence peace.

hell was created for satan and his fallen angels and without repentance there is no forgiveness hold on theres good news i must say this first God is love and his enemy is whatever hinders love sin hinders love the battle we are in is not a battle against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities in the heavenly realms we must be forgiving Luk 6:37 "Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven; there is a hell
and there are many deceivers out there now and more to come God is forgiving and listen also to this he will spew a luke worm christian who confesses Jesus Christ as Lord out of his mouth he is comen back for a spotless pure bride that is so in love with him God is not impressed with somebody with the deeds we do but the motive and reason we did them he looks at the heart my answer is yes he is forgiving to a heart that is in love with him over all other things but this is a warning do not thing you can get away with something with out repenting

God forgives if you ask HIM to forgive & then try to live in a better way. (Don't sin anymore). HE knows we are not perfect so HE will forgive if, in our heart, we really are sorry for what we have done. Hell was created for those who sin but do not ask for HIS forgiveness. When those people die, we believe them to go to the place called Hell and those who have lived in the way HE wants us to live, will join HIM in Heaven after death.

Of course. His magnanimity is wider and deeper than all the seven seas and oceans combined. Your sin is just like a drop of rain in all that water. But then again, you should be truly sorry and repentant, otherwise there will be no salvation for you.
Hell is actually your own creation. It's like school, if you make the grade you graduate. If not, then you're a drop out and you did it to yourself for being lazy or complacent. You got to earn what you want to deserve, for life has a meaning and purpose.

God is forgiving! If we confess our sins, He is faithful to and just to forgive us our sins. [1 John 1:9.] This is turning your back on sin and following Christ. Hell was created for the devil and his angels. Then sin entered into the world and those who don't accept Christ as Savior are following the devil.

No, not always...but He always loves you.

The only way God forgives you of your sin is by truly accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior. Otherwise you are still subject to the Law of Moses (Mosaic Law) as given to him. No man can live up to the total Mosaic Law.

God wants no one to go to the place of torment (Hell) but it is your choice to go or not to go. All will bow before the throne of God but only those who's name is written in the Lamb's book of Life will be spared. It is easy to have your name written in the Book...just ask Jesus into your heart...the rest will come automatically but expect Satan to get mad and try to hurt you in one way or another for no longer being subject to him.

For those of you who do not like what I have said, I hope that you learn the truth before death knocks on your door.

For those Bible thumpers whom have seen my other answers condemning you...learn the truth and don't spew out luke warm dribble. I think you know what I mean.

I dont think god forgives , humans forgive , one should take responsibility for their own actions be it wrong or right but then yet theres room for possiblity but I dont think god does, its just comforting to know he does forgive so we dont feel that bad i guess, but that would go against u do the crime u do the time right , a judge wouldnt let u slide after committing the crime u have to pay for the consequence
