I know that this sounds like a silly question, but I honestly don't know.

Newbury Comics, most music stores, Walmart, University Campus Bookstores...
There are some stores specifically for posters/prints. I've seen them in Mass and Alabama.

If you live in a city or in a town with a lot of colleges/students there may be a poster-only store (like beyond the wall in Philadelphia).

Also some colleges have poster sales in the beginning of the semester.

Otherwise look at music stores, walmart and art stores.

Go to your local movie store. They almost always have posters for free or very cheap.

I haven't been into one of these stores in years, but I remember that Spencer Gifts used to have a lot of them

You can ourchase posters at "Target" / "wal-mart" or if you have a "Spencers Gifts" at your local mall.
