When your body is not getting enough water

Not sure but I know it's important for good health ! I drink a gallon every day aside from other fuids .. It is necessay to flush out waste acids broken down fats and other metabolites ...combined with healthy intake good hydration is essential to good health and it's very hard to loose weight if you are not healthy sometimes....Also lack of water can cause constipation ..http://nutrition.about.com/od/hydrationwater/a/waterarticle.htm

because it hydrates your body .. muscles, skin, etc .. and your body runs efficiently. this help when you're trying to lose weight ... as you exercise your joints are lubricated and everything just works better.

also ... drinking water makes you feel full ... therefore you eat less and that means less calories.
