It is very hard for us to be honest with ourselves and my guess is you need an honest evaluation from someone else as to what is going on in your life to make you feel this way. Like the saying goes; the truth hurts, so be prepared to hear things you might not like to hear. However, you might get on the right track as to what is wrong with you and you can make changes so you will feel better. There was a point in my life that I did not want to get out of bed in the AM during the week but not the weekend. Well I figured out that it was my job. Today, I have a new job and for the first time in over 10 years I look forward to going to work. It can be that simple but it can also be much more complicated than that in which case you might need to see a pro to help you out of this. Good Luck

Honey it sounds like you are really depressed and may need some help. Never stop hoping for your dreams.

If you are dreading getting out of the bed each morning I would suggest that you go to see a Psychiatrist to find out why you are so depressed. Maybe you need to be put on a regimen of medications to help you to feel better. It sounds as if you may even be Bipolar and on a manic low. If you are afraid to see a Psychiatrist then maybe you would like to see a Therapist or someone to talk to, they can help you alot. Give it a try it can't hurt. Good Luck

Quite hoping, start living. Find things you enjoy doing with a girlfriend or by yourself. Make plans to do something special for yourself everyday even if it's just making you, your favorite meal. Do the candles the wine the whole nine yards. Some times we feel like we have no control of our lives, but we do. Our choices may not always be veggie or dessert. Usually it's more like peas or carrots, I hate both! But I am in control, I still get to choose, peas or carrots. Life is what you make it, I hope you make it a good one!

If it's because the person you are sleeping next to is making you feel like that get a councelor, if it's something that you just feel sloooow in the morning... well I guess you are like many people I know and you shouldn't feel bad about it (they don't)
Figure out how many hours of sleep you really need, could be 6 or up to 9... so go to bed early and wake up early.

You should be evaluated for depression by a professional. If your in school then ask your counselor or school psychologist for help. Know that these feelings are often temporary, but asking for help to get through it is always a good idea. Best of luck and wishing you wellness.

I know this is a hard thing to face, yet hopelessness is a serious issue and needs to be addressed by a professional. Consult your doctor or call a helpline. If your symptoms of hopelessness last for more than six months and you develop sleep problems or feelings of not wanting to continue it is less likely to go away on its own. Please take to heart..

I watch tv until my eyeballs fall out of my eye sockets because I don't feel like thinking and dreaming/sleeping is more exciting. But, I'd advise you to do something you enjoy or take a walk outside in a park or something (those are always refreshing).
