This will happend every half hour to an hour want to be alone, and I I resently started to care how much i eat, even though I am very healthy, and active. I dont eat nearly as much! Is seeing a mental doctor a good idea? and what do you think this stuff could be?

1) try asking yourself, how you feel when you switch moods and why, what is happening around you. Evaluate your recent events like if you had any stressfull situations lately that you didnt take into account. Sometimes they can pile up on you and not even realize it, if they arent taken care of.

2)try an outside opinion, a trusted freind..sometimes getting anothers opinion can really expand how you see things.

3)If you feel the need to see a psychologist/councilor go for it.

PS
Breathing helps, most people dont remember to just relax and breathe.

From your description, it sounds like you might have bipolar disorder. Basically it is a mental disorder that effects your moods (sometimes dramatically) and can make you believe things about others and yourself that aren't true. This can be a dangerous disorder, so I urge you to book an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. He'll help you figure out exactly what it is, where to go from here, and prescribe you some medication if necessary. Best of luck

I get almost the same thing, I get hot, and start sweating, then I get cold, like every 15 minutes. My doctor said I have anxiety, well GAD generalized anxiety disorder. I also have alot of other symptoms like grinding my teeth, and phobias about driving on the highway, and I get heart palpitations, and colds, achiness, and low blood sugar...... all signs of stress, and bad PMS, according to my husband.

It sounds like a hormonal imbalance.... go to the doctor and get a blood work up done... there are many ways to treat this problem with drug therapy.

I think it's hormones too. You can ask your regular doctor if you're really concerned. If you're not losing lots of weight I wouldn't sweat it.
