VOIP: how much bandwidth?

does anyone know how much bandwidth is needed for one person who is using 1680 minutes free per month... that is 56 minutes per day.

or anyone know how i can calculate this or where can get information on it...???

I think VOIP uses about 76kbs in each direction.

The bandwidth depends entirely on the kind of Internet connection you are using (and which you are not telling us).
