When the truth becomes known, then many people, non-Muslims, will regret things that they have said, done, and thought.

It's not that Islam is terrorism but the social culture of it's birth place is the breeding ground of a war tatic, terrorism. It's much easier to label those particing in a relgion as guilty rather then actually facing a greater fear that hate has no predictable face. It can be a radical christan blowing up an abortion clinic, or Timothy Mcveigh or a radical group that straps dynamite around a maryter. After 9/11 we became more comfortable with labeling and isolating the threat so we invaded Iraq. There is a radical sect of muslims today as there was in Malcom X's and Martin Luthers day. The key is Islam is a relgion terrorism is a tatic used for centuries by displaced angry members in any society.

Very few people in the West are familiar with the history of Islam, before there were suicide bombings and the like. Also, the only information about Islam that most people get is from troubled areas like Afghanistan and Iraq, but not more stable areas like Indonesia and Malaysia.

No radical of Christianity is praised by the leaders of main stream Christianity for violent behavior in the name of God and they certainly aren't taught to act this way by their religion. Instead they were virtually universally condemned for their heinous acts. Compare to Islam's leaders and their words of praise for the suicide bombers and those who saw off heads of innocent civilians and captured soldiers. Compare to the political leaders who endorse and insist on maps that do not even show Israel on them while saying to the world they should be wiped off the map.

This is not specific to 'problem areas' but is practiced everywhere Islam is. Search on Islam in Canada, France, Spain, Burma, Indonesia and Malaysia for news articles and you will hear or read about Islam being insulted and retaliatory attacks. A poll was done among Arabs by al Jezeera that asked if people would rather live under a democratically elected government with western style freedom of press etcetera or whether they would rather live under Islamo fashioned government and over 80% said they would prefer to live under Sharia.

And search on Islam in history, nothing has changed. The Christian Crusades were a terrible thing and we condemn the way that struggle was carried out, but does anybody teach the precursor to that struggle. It began only after 400 years of Muslim persecution of Christians on Christian nation's land.

It isn't happening within the states right now only because they don't have the numbers they need to succeed in turning our culture into their culture. Hamas is the largest organized presence of Islamo-fascist extremists in the U.S. and are teaching students with official schools set in their mosques over 30 cities the same BULL SH*T they were teaching in Afghanistan and are teaching in Iran and Syria. Its right under our noses and we let it march merrily on. The day is coming, and it won't be long, that we will no longer be able to ignore the presence of evil in our midst.

one can know the thruth of Islam if they really meet or see the ones who really follow it, not by looking at politics in Middle east or anti-Islamic sites(Islam bashing websites) -- but by those people who do not kill, rally or protest just because of one reason --Islam.
