Not talking about civillians, I mean within the military, esp in regards to people who are above you in command.

You will be disciplined. It depends on the situation and your other areas of professionalism. You will get a bad appraisal for lack of professionalism, failure to follow procedures, inability to adapt, and so on. You will get an *** chewing in front of your supervisor and his or her supervisor by at least your commander and you will jeopardize your enlistment, your career, and I would have my airmen stay late after work and come in on their weekends for "training." I would also look long and hard at you so that when you made a real mistake that would otherwised be forgiven or overlooked and boot your butt out at my first opportunity. That service record will follow you into the civilian job world, so good luck doing something other than flipping burgers.

It's not a crime in Texas, seems it is protected under free speech. However, you might as well get down on your knees and beg the nice officer to find a reason to pull you over etc.... If it's a civilian you are waving at, exercise some caution, you might just get your *** whipped, and that is a possibility with a cop too.

Just read your edit, andf you really don't want to do that. I was an MP, and you'll get slapped down pretty hard. Let's see, conduct unbecoming, insubordination, lewd conduct...can you say BRIG or Captain's Mast?

My son would turn to his Sargent & tell him to take care of it.
It would be ugly, Sargeant is from old school where you could beat worthless soldiers. If he was alone, you would identify yourself & consequences would be severe. A soldier like that showing such disrespect for officers will get someone killed in
battle. He allows no smart mouths at least that have any joy in their lives.
He could handle it himself since he is a US Army Ranger - special ops are trained very tough physically, but proper protocol says the Sargeant should handle it.

You're a ******* idiot and generally officers don't take kindly to ********* like yourself being cocky and retarded. Army or Marines, they'd drop your ***. Air Force, they'd probably kill you under a pile of paperwork, and the Navy would probably make you scrape paint of destroyers for a couple months, or let you sit in a little room to think of what stupidity sprung into your mind to do that.

Hell, I like you. You can come over to my house and **** my sister! (then cut to you on the ground receiving the *** whooping of your life)

you'd probably make the class A "sh*t list" after a month in the "stockade/brig"

your company would also catch hell and you'd get a "blanket party"
