Not sure what you asking but maybe it's because they are qualified? Sorry if I missed the reasoning in this.

It's because they can, and the qualified people from Pakistan
are getting a better lifestyle than they could in Pakistan. Can
you blame them? Who would honestly choose Pakistan over
Great Britain as a place to live?
