If it was wrong to do sodomy and eat pork, but now we can eat pork, why is sodomy still on the bad list?

That last answerer was correct, the term came from the unnatural lustings of the the men of Sodom and the city of Gomorrah is used for the venereal disease gonorreah.

I realize you live in postmodern times where nothing really means anything and truth is what you say it is, but 1) The bible is not a dictionary and is not responsible for providing definitions, and 2) it's in the actual dictionary. www.merriamwebster.com if you don't have one made out of paper.
