I really like this guy that i work with but every time i go to work i get nervous and dont seem to be able to say the right things. He is always really nice to me and has conversations with me. Whenever i am standing around not doing anything he approaches me to have a conversation. But i dont know what his feelings are towards me. Can you help???

ask him if he wants to hang out one day after work. if he makes a move or seem more friendly than normal. then you will know he's into you.

Well, seeking you out to talk to you is a good hint regarding his feelings. Does he find reasons to touch you. Like going around you and lightly touching your arm or back? Does he look you in the eyes when he is talking to you? How does he make you feel? Do you feel like you are the center of his attention? If so, bets are that he has feeling towards you. Quit thinking so much about how he feels about you and just enjoy the conversations. Let us know what happens!

Don't play games just say, hey I think you're really nice, would you like to go out sometime? Then you'll have your answer.

Nope.

Look for clues like open body language.

put duct tape on your mouth so that when he sees you he'll be like, "why do you have duct tape on your mouth," and he'll help you peel it off and after that you two should have a nice conversation going.
