When a person ask a question about homosexuality being condemed in the Bible, and the question is answered honestly with verses from the Bible. Why the thumbs down, are they/you afraid of the truth?
No, I'm not a homophobe and don't resort to liberal name calling when you can't win a argument or point.

It's all subjective. Take it with a grain of salt. Ideally speaking, people are supposed to use "thumbs up" if they feel the answer will help the person asking the question. Likewise, "thumbs down" means that they don't think the answer will help the person asking the question. Unfortunately, this isn't an ideal place. Most people don't read the "help" section to see what these things are intended for and will let their own agenda get in the way, which is not helpful at all.
Some people will look at an answer and if they don't like the content, regardless of whether or not it helps the person asking the question, they'll give it "thumbs down". It's not right and it's downright irksome, but just consider the source. I once got a thumbs down for daring to suggest that the battle between good and evil was psychological and not spiritual. Did it bother me? Yeah, for a few seconds. And then I got over it. I'm not going to go around trying to please everyone! Neither should you.

I honestly don't care how many thumbs down or up I get. I'm not that shallow. A thumbs down can simply mean someone disagrees with you.

The Bible has been around since 1512 BCE! People can't stand being wrong. And then they are all up in arms becuase they have no arguement. Do what's right. That's what God sees.

You ask for logic from the illogical. What do you expect to receive? Do not cast pearls before swine. Look for the person who really wants answers and is asking rather than framing an opinion in the form of a question

the way each person live their life is up to them.but in the bible it does say that being gay is an abomination in Gods sight sorry but no one can change what the written word says and if they have a problem they can take it up with God on judgment day

people don't always like the truth and an honest answer can even make them angry if it's a subject they hold dear to their hearts and have a strong opinion .

Oh, get used to it. I get thumbs-down for the dumbest stuff, like providing lyrics to a Christian song that someone was asking for. People are way too liberal with the thumbs-down.
I'm not surprised, because freedom of speech is just fine until Christians speak. The consciences of the unsaved convict them, and they lash out. It won't stop.
