They want to look "cool" and they think that status is everything. Little do they know that it doesn't mean a thing and when high school is over all that crap is useless. High school politics and social structure mean nothing in the real world. No one is going to care if you were a cheerleader, a geek, or a jock - it would be great if high school kids would realize that and just act normal, instead of alienating eachother.

because high school is just a school of drama. they feel they have to live up to certain standards and can't talk to certain people because of all the damn labels in school. a popular girl/guy never usually likes a not so popular guy/girl because they wont be so popular anymore. popularity is pretty lame in school along with all the labels.
just take time...you will find the right person. my bf wasnt in school when i started dating him he graduated 2 years before me. we met each other when i was a junior some random time and were still together. if you have a relationship with someone out of school your more likely to have better chances because they have moved on from that popularity ****. and if they are still in school but in another school usually they don't know too much about you unless people talk about you alot. which im sure they don't..let the girl come to you. trust me it will happen when you least expect it.
usually you just want to date around in high school too you don't want to be too serious. but if you're tired of the fake crap and want something serious you have to keep your eyes open. in school all girls care about are what group they fit into..if their hair is perfectly straight..if they do their make up correctly like everyone else..if they all wear abercrombie and crap. they all look like clones if you really think about it. but guys are the same way too..but from the looks of it your just an average guy looking for someone to have a fun relationship with and that is great!! go for someone unique and someone who can be themselves around you without having to worry about their image all the time.

every physique is going to declare guy a million, yet surely maximum women rather do finally end up with guy 2 according to probability in simple terms because of the fact of his social factors. in case you're nonetheless in extreme college, then you definately're definatly seeing a great style of girls going for the jerks. As human beings mature they see how issues rather would desire to be (not every physique yet maximum folk) and then the girls will prefer guy a million whilst it consists of attempting to quiet down. So, in case you're guy a million stay that way, and you gets the girls faster or later. Be your self.

It is normal in the teenage years to care very strongly about what your peers think. This is the time when people are becoming more independent from their parents and want to create their own identity. They look to their peers for support and acceptance. For most normal people this should subside as they near the end of adolescence.

Because one small rumor spreads like wildfire through a high school and a lot of girls don't want to deal with that. Worry about serious dating after high school.

i never did but most of the girls in highschool that is just the way they are. I am sure they will grow up when they get out of school most kids in highschool do not know how to be in the real world so they worry about petty things such as this.

Well, maybe you're looking in the wrong places. Instead of scoping for the "popular, preppy" girls, try looking for a girl that has more things in common to you. Maybe then you won't feel so rejected.
