When I try 2 download shockwave marcomedia player, I can't! Does any one think they no y?

This has been asked by several people. The latest updates from Microsoft have disabled Flash. It happened to me with my Win 98 computer before, and now with my XP computer. In both cases, I downloaded the Opera browser, and installed Flash in it. It works on all the Flash sites.
