this question seems similar to another... so, i will give the same answer... :)
ATTRACTIVE--
have a heart. (a kind, understanding, chill, peaceful, fun, gentle, funny girl is MUCH better than a egotistical, conceited, abusive, demanding, humourless one.)
unconditional love. (disappearing quickly in this world :( --stick by/with your guy through everything, and he will return the gesture wholeheartedly.)
loyalty, chivalry, honesty, & trust go long ways.
physical attraction should be there, but intellectual & emotional attractions as well.
UNATTRACTIVE--
anything that betrays the above list, and anything else that you have to question yourself (or others), if what you did was the better thing to do, or if you think you hurt a guy, chances are good that he's feelin crappy-ish, and poundin' back a shot given to him by a friend who's sympathetically/empathetically listening to his story... heh.

I love a woman with an attitude! Some men love to be able to rule over a woman without them questioning a thing. I love for my woman to speak her mind at all times. This is because communication is a major deal in a relationship. When I am right, tell me. When I am wrong, correct me. When I accomplish something, congratulate me. Shy is cute as long as you come out of your shell when you need to.
Every type of characteristic has ups and downs, but communication is one I can not see being with out!

Attractive: Someone who is: trustworthy and trusting, caring, funny, smiles alot, doesnt nag, intelligent, fun loving, adventureous, stays by your side and sticks up for you (even when you are in the wrong), loyal, reliable, takes care of themselves.
Unattractive: Someone who: isn't all of the above, says "like" and "you know" alot, arrogant, materialistic, fake, one sided conversationist,

It has to be the attitude displayed to other in the street. But it depends also. Sounds good? That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
