THEY SAY IT IS GOOD TO FAST AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK, TO CLEAN THE TOXINS OUT OF YOUR BODY.

It can make you gain weight. Your body wants and needs food, especially at this stage in your life when its still developing. If you deprive yourself of nuitrition during the day, your body will become confused and may interpret your not eating as a time of starvation. The first stage of starvation is that your body holds on to as much weight as it possibly can. It's only if you're starved for months on end that you get skinny from it.

Since you're a Muslim and this is part of your religion, it must be important to you that you do this. Is there a safe way for a young lady your age to handle this, though? Are you allowed to drink during the day? Are fruit and vegetable juices allowed? You may want to ask your parents and/or your spiritual leader about this. As Muslims, they will have better advice for you on this matter than I can give.

Use the weighing machine.
I've already loss 4 kg... fasting is supposed to help you understand the plight of the poor, who hardly has food to eat. So avoid from eating so much upon breaking fast. Eating too much is bad for your stomach also.

no reason to pig out at night just because your not eating during the day...

not eating during the day is hardly "extreme"...

it won't hurt you, if you eat a good, worthwhile, solid meal at night, that should be fine,

don't worry about it too much, really, should get used to it.

when one has a mind to, you find that you can get by eating alot less than you might have thought. especially if the stuff you do eat, is worthwhile. (healthy and substantial, not junk food)

This depends on your eating habits..some people don't stop eating all the night so logically they will gain weight..but your seem to lose weight as you only depend on the main meals "Iftar and Sohour"

Do me a favor and absolve from extreme religious practices for awhile - you need to eat regularly, it's not healthy for anyone, especially someone of your age, to do otherwise!
