I went to a bar that I usually go once a week to sing karaoke, the waitress comes up to me and says that I'm in trouble. I kind of look at her like why? She said the manager was looking at the tape from last week and saw what I did, that if I did it again I would be banned. I assumed she meant making out with the guy I met there. Not only was I really embarassed I felt mistreated because all I did was doing was making out with some guy. Alot worse goes on like people getting piss drunk and cussing and feeling each other up and fake humping to the music and such. I feel like I've been singled out because of my political views which I make very clear via my arm (tattoo).

What's on your arm? Is it a swastika? Then you should be banned. Otherwise, they may only be reprimanding you because they can identify you. Maybe there are lots of people they'd like to ban, but they can't tell who they are on tape.
Also, if you were wasted and left the bar, you are putting the bar owner at risk. If you break the law after leaving there drunk, he'll be held responsible, too.

Unfortunately, bars and most restaurants can refuse service to anyone they want. After this experience though, do you really want to go back? I would think it would be hard to return to a place where you aren't welcome.
If you are really want to keep going there, talk directly to the manager to see what exactly he is talking about.

I would ask to see the tape to find out what the problem is but bear in mind that businesses do have the right to refuse service and admittance to whomever they choose for whatever reason they choose. So, yes, they do have the right.

Find out exactly what she is talking about and then deal with it. Don't assume anything.

Ask her exactly what it is that you did wrong. Perhaps she has you confused with someone else. What is your tattoo?
