Depends on your height, for starters. Since it is the result of ceasing exercise, it's likely muscle mass as muscle weighs more than fat.

Need I point out that you need to keep exercising regularly one way or another for the rest of your life for optimum health?

Still, it's rather refreshing to have somebody worried about being too thin rather than too fat.

You didn't say how tall you are, that's kind of a clincher in whether you're "too little". If you're over the 5'2ish range you might be a little small. I'm 5'3 and I've been around 100 pounds for a decade now, I'm just petite. If you lost weight when you stopped exercising that's kind of interesting though, you must have lost muscle mass. As long as you're eating enough then don't worry about your size, some people are perpetually petite and small boned and some people will try to make you feel anorexic and bad about yourself but they're just jealous. Be honest with yourself and safe in your eating and exercising and you'll be fine.

It is not your age that matters -- it is your height.

If you are taller than 5 feet, 5 inches -- then yes -- 103 lbs is underweight.
