An adult bookstore employee in El Paso, Texas, sued the state after his arrest for showing two undercover officers a device shaped like a penis and telling the female officer the device would arouse and gratify her.
The employee, Ignacio Sergio Acosta, says a Texas law outlawing the manufacture, marketing or dissemination of an "obscene device" including those shaped like sex organs is unconstitutional because it prevents individuals from using such devices, violating their right to sexual privacy.
COME ON!!!!! what the heck is wrong with TEXAS? it wasn't as if they spammed the adam and eve catalog!!! they walked into a sex shop!!!!

It is illegal in Texas, and several other states, to sell any device or object that is to imitate or assist in sexual stimulation.
Like it or not, the employee violated the law.
It is a stupid law...but it is on the books and enforced occasionally.

So you can't sell a di**o in Texas. Ok if you already own on and then move to Texas, does that mean you can't use it in the privacy of your own home?

Your dad's lady friend's sister? Dang, i'm having a confusing time grasping who that even is to you. lol She might want to don't have any reason to get mad at you. I truly have babysat in the previous for a pal. i'd not in any respect do it again. the newborn develop into spoiled to the max and that i refuse to maintain a newborn that screams, smacks, pulls my hair, and hits me in the face even as she would not get her way. as well that that's thanks to elementary to be accused of doing some thing to them. I in simple terms would not ever do it again. And btw, replacing a diaper is fairly self explanatory. i'd not use that as an excuse. in simple terms tell her you do not have the staying power or some thing. or in simple terms be difficulty-free and say NO. i do not truly favor to.

you are so very right... What gives them the right to arrest them... after all they did walk into a sex shop... what did they think they were going to get, candy... but anyways Texas does have its problems (I live in Texas by the way..)

LOL. You are right...... BUUUUT, I know in North Carolina back in the 80's porn was illegal. I always wondered, how are they going to stop people from having porn??? I mean, they still sold it........ and it just didnt make any sense!
