Yes if that's part of your job. My husband is LDS and worked at restaurants all through college and served a lot of alcohol.

Yes. This isn't any different than a lot of jobs that might sell coffee or tobacco. The customers have their agency.

You certainly can. Just don't recommend alcoholic drinks to your customers. If they request one, then oblige them.
