Lookup these exercises: Planks, crunches, shoulder presses, dumbell flys, and general bicep/tricep curls. These will help target your trouble areas! Plus, watch what you eat, dairy can inhibit a flat tummy, and so can excessive carbohydrates. Stay away from excessive situps, they can hurt your back and irritate your spine. CRUNCHES! And invest in an exercise ball, $12 at Wal-Mart! Best thing you can have, and lots of movements you can do to target your midsection!
