You can go to school for the first tickit and clean your record. But you can not go to school for the second if it is within 18 months of the first ticket, only a judg can allow school for the sec tik.

I don't know if you can but you certainly should. Two speeding tickets means you learnt nothing from the first speeding ticket.

I am of a homely sort, I reguraly visit and sit in class in my local D.M.V. speeding classes, I find it quite informative. Bye-the-Bye someday I hope to drive a vehicle.

yes go downtown where ever you stay and tell them you want defensive driving plus if comes off your record and you get a discount on your insur.
