I used it in a gravy and thought it would be good for garlic butter.

Sounds good! Haha, you may want to brush your teeth :)... just to be safe, I would refrigerate it after opening the bottle. If you have to put garlic in the refrigerator, you should probably put the juice in there as well. Good luck! Brush your teeth!

I used to buy large jars of minced or chopped garlic for my horses...they loved it, in fact refused to eat their sweet feed without it! I always kept it in the fridge. I think the jars said as much, but I found it in the refridgerated section of the vegi dept and figured it was better safe than sorry. BTW, never had to brush their teeth, but the mosquitoes and fleas stayed away!

Yes. It should be refrigerated after opening. You can mix some fresh or dried herbs in with your garlic butter to make it tastier...basil, oregano, or parsley.

Yes it needs refrigeration,or it will go bad. You are right it can be used in butter.
