Okay, you gave a bit more info while I was answering - I have never heard that in my life. Not true as far as I know. The most innocent (children and ppl who have lived very righteously) go to the highest order of Heaven and are closest to Jesus. There are 3 kingdoms in the afterlife: Telestial, Terrestial, and Celestial. The first being worst, the last being best.
