Before you ask him out, find out why he isn't good at relationships. There is a reason that he would say such a thing. His answer will help you determine if a relationship is worth pursuing. For example if he blames the other person for failure... he is not ready to accept the differences in personality that everyone has. (That's what makes us special and unique) If he blames himself, then listen to the answer. Did he give his heart to someone only to get burnt? Then he needs time to develop trust in a new relationship... ie you. If he feels the people he has had relationships with in the past are imature, follow his lead and demonstrate maturity by being a good listener. See where I am going with this??? The answer is getting him to talk... his answers will guide you. Maybe just acquaintances at first, then friends, then close friends and then ever lasting friends. A successful friendship is when two individuals share common interests. Find out what his are and be ready to make his interests yours. Now here is the important thing... if he is mature... he should recognize your interests as well and want be part of them. This process can take a very long time... in this fast food society of instant gradification I don't think people have the necessary patience to make it work. Relationships are like bank accounts. You have to invest in them on a regular basis if your going to recieve interest. Good luck!!! PS: It worth it!!!

Before you ask him do your homework

Is he a breast man ?

A derrier man ?

a leg man ?

a foot man ?

Dress accordingly

Touch him on his hands , shoulders arms

giggle channel your inner girly girl for this

if he doesnt make the move then go ahead and make the move

Ask him out, in a casual way, as if your asking for a glass of water or something. something like this,
"Hey, maybe we could go out sometime, or we can just stay friends." Soemthing like that. Good luck!

He might be afraid you might say "NO,"to him..Give him a little while to let him get used to being around you..If you cant handle the wait, ask him your self..Ask him whats going on..If ya ll really like each other ya ll should give it try..It wont hurt..

If your happy with it, ask him. If not, see if you can coach him to asking you. He admitted he is not good with relationships, maybe offer him advise, or ask him to advise you on what to do if *insert third person version of the question, not mentioning names.*

It does not matter who does the asking these days
Girl, you had better ask him out before another girl does..don't waste any more time...do it now.
