to me, smoking is not a problem.my bf smokes and i dont mind..because its his decision to do so...not mine.altho i do care and ask him to stop sometimes...n he did.just for awhile.i dont know if this is sick...but i like the smell of it.especially after he smokes...the taste of it in his mouth.i dont smoke.i just like the smell.but my friends was shocked to find out my bf smokes. to them, its just a big turn off. why??? what is the problem of guys smoking? so what? (his teeth and fingers r not yellow)

The people I know don't like it because it stinks. He is lucky that you as a nonsmoker don't mind the smell or taste in his mouth. Don't worry about what everyone else thinks you know what is right for you.

Depend on individual. I don't like the smell of it. You like the smell because you like your bf? maybe a possible reason. However, i would like to cautious you that smoking lead to lung cancer, ugly yellowish teeth and bad health in long term. Yes, you may not see the effect immediately. I have a fellow singaporean who is a heavy smoker got to know he got cancer at the age of 40+. Now, he left a few months to live. He is currently the poster guy for a cancer project in singapore. For your case, you are consider a passive smoker, which mean, you inhale the smoke though you did not smoke. However, you will have higher chance of getting disease than your bf. If you care about your bf and want to live happily ,seeing your grandchildren grew up, then you should do something immediately to improve your life. Smoking only take away your life and money. I don't see any benefit. All the best.

Here is the keywords: to me smoking is not a problem, so I think it is great that you are true to yourself, you know what you like and don't like. Good for you! I smoke and it has become out of control for me and I have tried several time to quit w/ & w/o patches, hyptomis, accupunture, the whole bit, and still no avail. The reason I brought this up if you love him, you better love his smoking too, b/c smoking stinks up the whole house and yes it will eventually stain his teeth, fingernails, and the paint on the walls. Bottom line is "be true to yourself", and not be a fake.

i guess some girls look at it like when u kiss a guy that smokes its like ur kissing a ashtray or sumthing. Most people don't like it. My boyfriend smokes and it don't bother me either. My whole family smokes i mean heck lol. Some think its just nasty but if ur happy with him and what not don't let it get 2 ya.

I shouldn't be talking ,because i am a smoker myself.But it will cause health problems and when you love and car about the person that smokes why wouldn't it bother you?I see people hook to a oxygen tank and i say to myself that i don't want that to be me.

well if you have no problem with it then...who cares? i dont like it because i would probably like my boyfriend to not die, smell disgusting, talk all scratchy, cough, ew its sooo unprofessional and unsocial.
