really? an adult sex phone line? i find that to be a little unusual, as ministers usually only like sex off very young children.

1. Fire your minister.
2. Make him pay the bill.
3. Get a new phone number, and block 900 calls from your service.

Well, if you can, collect a copy of the phone bill that records his 900 phone calls and hand it to you local media. Then the relevant authorities will have no choice but to take appropriate action. Good luck.
I'm sending a link as to why I wouldn't notify the Church first.

Make him pay for the calls from his pocket. Then inform him he can get all the sex garbage he needs on My Space for free. It will just screw his computer all to hell with spy ware.
Religion is a waste of time. Try just doing good for the sake of doing good. Most of the religious people I see are only judgmental. Then they turn out like that Foley clown. Like Christ said Hypocrites like Seplecurs white on the outside and full of death and rot on the inside.
Try forgetting about Religion and heaven and just live life to it's fullest doing good. Try random acts of kindness.
Your pastor is a looser. Tell him to get some help because he will not be any good to anyone.

If you are positive -- the entire membership of the congregation needs to know. They have most likely adopted rules that address this situation in a biblical way regarding inappropriate behavior. In the mean time, line up a few guest ministers . . .

Whoa, and the church doesn't know? Well I'd tell them that he has, then he could be arrested or charged. If not, ask him what he's thinking when he does that and why, and then try to figure out a way to stop him. I mean it's in a church, seriously.

Tie him to a chair in a dark sweaty basement, and preach to him 24/7 for the next 66 years.

How do you know this information...you have proof? Don't try to do anything until you have proof. When you do, pray, pray and pray some more, then take another person with you who is on his board of elders, and go to him. If he fights your accusation, take it higher to his superior... a presbyter or bishop or superintendent. This is the Bibilcal precedent. He needs help. Be sure he gets the help he needs. Most denominations have places where he can go for counsel and rehabilitation.

Get hold of his higher ups and show them PROOF that he is doing it. If you can get the phone bill, it will show the numbers. If the higher ups don't do anything about it, call the
law inforcement in your area, but let the higher ups know that you plan on calling law inforcement.
THEN FIRE THE JERK, IF YOU CAN!!!!
Good luck and God bless, and pray about it with a sincere heart!!!

Your question leaves us with issues unanswered. we are actually left to contemplate whether it became right into a clergyman, or somebody interior the congregations, or basically a wounded soul wandering around calling strangers. "Going to church and sitting in a pew would not make you a Christian, i'd desire to take a seat in my storage all day and that isn't make me a motor vehicle." Joyce Meyer. be constructive and shop us as much as date in this tale.
