I confess, I am an atheist. Of course I am also absolutely certain of the reality of God. With me, it isn't a matter of wishful thinking, hope, or blind faith. I KNOW. And, he/she knows I know. And, I understand how it is possible for him/her to know I know before I know that I know. That's why prayer isn't really necessary fo any but the ones who aren't sure yet. So have at it.
Theism is division of humanity and separation from the truth, it is of human origin, and is the cause of much confusion. It is the vehicle economists and greed mongers have used for centuries to wage war on others. This is the most efficient way of stealing from others. That is why I am an anti-theist.
Thanks for the thoughts, and if it helps you, I will pray for you also. May I suggest that you ask God to prove him/herself directly to you, so that you can be spared the subjective twists other people put on him/her when trying to explain something to you they could never prove? It is by design that we cannot prove the existence of God to each other. He/she would like to have a personal relationship with each of us. And, I know how that is possible.
Remember, when you point a finger at someone, three fingers are pointing back at yourself, and one is pointing at God, accusing him/her of bogus work. Can you do better? Look at your hands, did you make them? Did your priest, rabbi, or cleric make them? Maybe if you give them a little more money.....
I am certain of one more thing, neither you nor any priest, cleric, rabbi or other human made my hands, nor did they mold the mind that wrote these words. Love and peace to you brother/sister.

Well..... with me being an athiest..... i don't really need prayer or have you simply chosen to ignore the fact that athiests do not believe in god or prayer or satin or anything of the sort. So stop forcing religion on us cuz it pisses me off. It doesn't make you look like a good person trying to spread the power of prayer to people who don't believe in it. It makes you look like an @ss hole.

Prayer by proxy? Interesting concept.

You should really market this. The potential in 1-900 numbers alone is staggerin.

Let's "pray" to Reason, or Common-Sense, perhaps, that Xians will stop patronizing us, stop demonizing us, and come to grips with reality.

I fervently hope that you will one day see the Light. The Light of Reason that will allow you to abandon your hatred and mythology, and come to love Humankind for what they are. Right now you don't really love us. You only love your made-up god and pretend to love humans because you want to be obedient.

I don`t feel I need any prayers .
They never did work when I was a believer .
But if it makes you feel good ,pray for your happiness and good fortune .
Sleep tight .

As an Atheist, I don't believe in or need prayer. But thank you for your kind offer! And sleep well sweetie! (and don't let the jerks get you down, just because we don't believe in the same things shouldn't mean that we can't treat each other with respect) Nighty nite!

Why would you waste time and energy "praying" to an imaginary sky-pixie?
Seems like an utter waste of calories to me. But hey, if it makes you feel better in a childish sort of way, be my guest.
Just don't include me in your mythology ok? I like real life better than make-believe...

Yes. Pray that your invisible buddy Jebus will give you the power to stop being so gullible.

Praying is for morons and people who can't get by on their own power and actions.
