Its especially those kind of girls that really discust me when they are waiting in line at the abortion clinic..

I AM NOT reccomending this method to you but, if this is the only method you are able to use, then please be extremely cautious. I actually used this method about 10 years ago when I was dating and too embarassed to ask my mother to go to the Dr. and get on the pill. First, get a calendar and keep it with you at all times. You start from the first day of your period. This is day ONE. Count ahead and cross out days 11-17 just to be sure. Use protection or abstanence during those days. This is not 100% effective. Nothing besides abstinence is. It is best to get on the pill or always use condoms. I was also not allowing my partner to go inside of me (if you know what I mean?) He was pulling out every time. Like I said, this was not the smartest plan, but I did use this method for about 4 years before I got brave enough to go to the Dr. and ask for the Pill. The pill has worked effectively with no worries for 6 years now. I strongly reccomend that you use other methods such as condoms or the pill.

Most women ovulate around 14 days after their period starts. This varies depending on the woman, though. Some women also ovulate at different times during the month and some women ovulate more than once a month. Best thing to do is ask your gynecologist and try to figure out when your fertile days are.

Truth is, most girls don't pay that close attention and younger women are often irregular. The only women who truly seem to follow this closely are older, married women who are trying to conceive.
ALWAYS use a condom and ALWAYS think that every woman can get pregnant every time she has sex. If you are not trying to prevent pregnancy, at least protect yourself from disease.

A female id ovulating approx. 10 days after her period. That lasts about a week. But, that isn't the only time you can get pregnant. Thats just when you are most likely to get pregnant. You ca still get pregnant the day after or before your period

A girl can get pregnant any day of the month. Sperm can live in the vagina and cervix for a while. Don't fool yourself into thinking you have any "get out of jail free" cards or the next words you hear will be "who's the daddy"?

13 to 14 days b4 her next period, that's when we women are ovulating so be careful and never go condom free because strange things are known to happen.
A woman should know her body better then anyone & yes she should ALWAYS keep up with her period. I'm in my 40's and a male friend of mind keeps up with my period better then me one month I forgot to keep up I called him and he told me the very day I was to start and he was RIGHT=-)
But u really should keep up with ur period

That rule only applies to Catholics. Smart women know not to rely on the rhythm method. There are too many accidental pregnancies and STDs out there.

This is why Catholics have so many children. Six pregnancies later I can tell you I have great kids, but bad birth control options. Do not play baby-rolette.
