i have received the holy spirit but after some time i cannot fluently pray in tongues.

Have you tried eating a jar of Jalapeno peppers, and snail juice?
.That can make for a "tongue" you can speak with for miles around.

When a baby begins to learn to talk... does he speak in complete sentences....No of course not... He learns to talk slowly. As you grow in confidence in using this gift, it will grow. In your personal times of prayer, just begin to worship Him....and He will come. Don't buy into satan's lies that it is just you talking... It's not. The Holy Spirit want to flow through you but you have to let Him.
