I don't remember seeing this program on my computer before but it is in my start menu.Is this some sort of spyware or is it an authentic add on?
I do have anti spyware and anti virus software and update them regularly.

It's an "authentic" product;

Apple is now licensing Bonjour for Windows to third-party hardware and software developers to include with their products.

Bonjour, also known as zero-configuration networking, enables automatic discovery of computers, devices, and services on IP networks.

A new version of Bonjour for Windows is now available. (Version 1.0.3)

Bonjour allows Windows machines to discover advertised web servers using Internet Explorer.

Bonjour for Windows supports Windows XP and Windows 2000/2003.

No. And perhaps we should consider renaming the "Gay 90's?" The younger generation may misinterpret the meaning.
