i work in an operating room all day. The majority of women that come in have stray hairs on there breasts

The one of many more things that suck about being a woman is that you are subject to random un-necessary body hair.
Usually you can pluck it if you've only got a couple. Wax if there are too many.
Don't feel weird, we've got all something like this going on. No one is happy about it.

yes. totally normal.
if you grow a full chest of hair though you might want to consult your doc....
a stray hair (or a few) is easily trimmed or plucked....

It is absolutely normal. You have my permission to grow hair on your breasts. I would advise against braiding them.

YES, ITS NORMAL, UNFORTUNATELY. WHAT US WOMEN GO THROUGH. I PLUCK MINE, WHICH IT HURTS LIKE PLUCKING YOUR EYEBROWS. IF YOU HAVE ALOT, I WOULD WAX IT. DO NOT SHAVE IT WITH A RAZOR, UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO COME IN THICKER.
