For me, it's all in the eyes. If you can't stop looking at her and smiling, it's just so obvious that you're into her. I mean, don't get all funky eyed and scary, but the way you look at the woman you want says so much. Other people can see it, too.

I have the same problem, i am much older, all i can say is self confidence, and having a life with or without them seems to help. Overcome it, do not be afraid to make mistakes. It will only get worse.

Just step up to the plate and take your chances. Its like on the job training and trial by fire. You learn as you go along. That's how you gain experience. For every woman who may diss you, there will be one who likes you. Good luck.

Start building up your confidence and start talking to them just a little, and then increase your conversations, and pretty soon you'll be close to a girl or two that you might like, then go from there.

Give a girl a sincere (and respectful) compliment. Let her take it from there. Keep trying, it gets easier.
