Hey, I'm 15, and I've had the same problem at least with my knees, since i was 10. I've had 2 surgeries and I just got done with lubricant injections into the joints. anyways what i would say is do exercises that will strengthen the muscles on the sides of your thigh so, like the side quads. also go to your normal doctor to get a prescription to go to an orthopedic surgeon, they might be able to help and prescribe physical therapy, I really hope this helps and email me if you would like more help or advice. I've really been through this.

Have you told your instructor, your parents or your doctor? You will need to see your Doctor and if need be, you will be referred to a specialist for your type of ankle and knee injury. There really is nothing to be afraid of, unless you don't take care of it, and then you can do permanent damage! Please get help...SOON!
