Ok, heres the scoop- me and this guy have been talking for like a week or two and i really really really like him and he says he really likes me too but he has a girlfriend! They have only been dating like a few days longer than what weve been talking, he regrets going out with her but doesnt know how to tell her that he doesnt want to be with her anymore...what should he do??

be honest now. leading someone is the worst thing anyone can do. he needs to let her know he has enjoyed their time together but doesnt see it going anywhere. be gentle, and never play stupid when it come to another persons feelings.

To be totally honest it seems like this guy does not have sincere feelings for you or the other girl. He sounds like a serial dater by this I mean he has girlfriends one after the other. As soon as he breaks up with one he gets another, but to get back on subject if he was dating this girl for only two weeks its nothing serious. He should be completely honest with her and tell her he found someone else. Speaking from experience being dumped before and also being the dumpier I was more mad of the way my ex boyfriend choose to end the relationship rather than it actually ending. He should show her respect by calling her on the phone and telling her or telling her in person. In the end everyone will be happy, hell get this off his chest and can devote full attention to a new relationship and she wont be left guessing whats going on, or why doesn't he call me anymore.

Okay, so you just met this guy and he really only just met his girlfriend. Do I have this right? Well, the way I see it, he can have more than one girlfriend UNLESS he is sleeping with one of them.
Dating is the procedure through which you hopefully find a person you want to spend the rest of your life with. Its not supposed to be to get serious with the first one and you have to stick with that one.
Really, how on earth are you supposed to find your life-partner if you are stuck like glue to someone after just a couple of weeks - get real.
Date lots, have fun, BUT, don't be sleeping with them all - once you are intimate and having sex with each other, then you should be dating exclusively.

he should tell her that he liked her at first BUT when he really got to know her he realized that HE AND HER are too different and the relationship wouldnt work. he should say he is doing this now because if he waits too long it will only make it more painful for HER. he should def emphasize HE is doing what is best for HER! this is a sure winner an i hope u agree.

He needs to ask himself why he went out with her. Does he like her or did he just want a girlfriend? And do you really want him to break up with her so soon? He could do the same to you...

This guy has "regrets," he's not respectful to the woman he's dating, he claims that he's too wimpy to communicate clearly or run his own life... Do you really have time for this?

If he is sincere to you and really wants to date you he has to be honest with the other one and let her know up front. It is not nice to be led on and then let down the sooner the better.
