how do you lose weight in 2 weeks..(WITHOUT) using like guides on tv where you oder things...and what can you eat or you don't eat at all..?

Cut your calorie intake to 1200-1500 a day, work out, drink lots of water and visualize your self thinner!!!

there's one diet called the apple diet. u eat all the apples u want, when u get hungry. and nothing else.
just apples and water.


i've never done it. i think is stupid, but, for emergencies, it works.
