If it was prescribed by your doctor and he is aware of any health conditions and medications you are taking then yes its ok.

However, do not take it if its not yours and someone gave it to you. There are drug interactions with Viagra with other meds and also you should not take Viagra if you have heart problems.

Viagra has a very good safety profile, except when someone has cardiac problems or are prone to low blood pressures. Someone who has taken a nitroglycerin to lower their blood pressure should refrain from ingestion of Viagra for 24 hours. New guidelines suggest that all persons wanting to take Viagra should be cleared by a cardiologist. It's one extra step, but better safe than sorry!

Only under a doctors supervision as you can suffer from a major drop in blood pressure. You need to be checked out by a doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to use it.
