Call 911. They'll have advice.

Do not do anything without the advice of a trained professional. The best thing you can do is to call 911 and keep the person alert - do not allow them to fall asleep or go unconscious.

If you live in a country where emergency medical services are available it is time ti initiate that service. otherwise you want to get the individual to eliminate toxins like this (in larger doses) 1st be vomiting up and thing ingested. get to a pharmacy and get a bottle of something called 'syrup of ipecac' and follow the directions on the label......if you can get powdered charcoal administer a great deal of that to clear everything out 'the other end'------trust me-----the emergency room is the best choice here.

Tylenol. Make them vomit and get them to the emergency room. They probably need a psych eval. Sounds to me like this person is asking for help. Tylenol is also VERY hard on the liver.
