I have a son and me and my husband are separated but not legally and I live in Alabama

depends on the combined income of these 2 children who thought they were grown up enough to be responsible, but thay realized they are still children playing house so we taxpayers must pay the price.

depends on both his and your incomes, if you have children, and if you have a necessity for medicaid (i.e.; pregnancy, serious medical condition which requires treatment)

because of your age you are still considered a minor and more than likely will qualify until you are 18.

they will almost definately insure your son.

If he is not supporting you or your son, you need to contact the medicaid dept and WIC as well and get help ASAP.
