I am really shy. I cannot say anything to people. Any advice on how to overcome this? Thank goodness I do not know the definition of beauty at all. I am in the 2nd year of college. I know if I talk to new girls that are beautiful, I will be nervous. Any pointers on how to talk to anyone new in class, work, bus, library, cafes, and bookstore?

Just talk your mind, just do not worry and just talk to them. That's how I did it. The more you think about it, the more nervous you going to be. You just have to do it!

I was like this. But girl you have to take it little by little. Start talking to someone you don't know or use the internet. talk to people in your class or school. it's hard at first. you can talk about class work. what did you get on that text. Or did you see that cute guy. something. I hope all is well for you.

begin small. Talk to a waiter/waitress, store cashier, ect. and begin with people that you don't think are attractive. Work your way up. Confidence comes from doing. You will definitely gain confidence if you just make yourself begin.
