i always wonder if with their agresive way of life they can love their women, i dont mean have sex with them i mean making love, do they actually do that

this is a typical stereotyping of us Muslims we are not aggressive, and yes the know how they can make love to their wives, they are actually very loving to their wives and same of the marriages was love marriage not just an arranged marriages we do fall in love and marry just like all humans

it is rather surprising; i'm not a Mulem lady btw. those unfavorable women (you mean there are a number of women?) and the unfavorable spouse have not got any peace of recommendations thoughout the marriage/ short-term marriages. What an emotionally draining thank you to stay? yet is an Egyptian lady allowed to divorce without violent result?

if it is their wife, then yes. if it is with anyone or everyone, then they shouldnt -- its forbidden. if they do inspite of that, then they have walked far off from Islam anyways. well they do .......... but they dont keep boasting about it nor do they do public. maybe that is why many people doubt. actually there have been even love marraiges among muslims -- that is if there is a respect for personal space and bodies.
